How to setup PayPal with your shopping cart.
When you want to configure your QCCart shopping cart software to be able to use PayPal just follow these few steps:
First you will want to login into your shopping cart administration account. That would be the .Merchant Login. found at the top right hand corner of each page on this web site.
Next, you want to select "Cart Settings".
The third step is to click on "Payment/Gateway Settings".
The last step is to fill in the area reserved for PayPal accounts.
Finally when you have completed the form just click on "Save".
That's it! You are done.
All customer orders are processed by our shopping cart software and will receive an automated request for payment. If your customer chooses PayPal they can follow the standard PayPal process to complete the payment.
In order to set this up you must already have a PayPal account. If you don.t have a PayPal account and you want to receive payments through PayPal you will need to get one. It is suggested that you get a Merchants PayPal account. Basically the difference between using a regular PayPal account and using you shopping cart to handle the transaction is that you will be setting up your PayPal account to receive payment from your web site as opposed to receiving payment via your PayPal email address. You can set this up by taking these steps:
Login to your PayPal account.
Click on "Profile".
Click on "Website Payment Preferences".
Then turn on the "Auto Return" feature.
